The Daniels Team offers some of the best services in Northern New Jersey.   • NYC Exposure: We go into NYC to promote our listings to NYC real estate brokers and visit the rental offices of many downtown luxury rental buildings to make them aware as well.
  • Targeted mailings (flyers, postcards & tri-folds): We send postcards and tri-fold mailings to luxury apartment rental buildings in NYC (we also send mailings to Hoboken and Jersey City luxury rentals). We also target high-end condo communities that are in other sections of New Jersey.
  • Websites www.LibRealty.com & www.NNJRE.com: we have 2 websites that attract an average of over 25,000 potential buyers each month. Both sites rank in the top 3 of most search engines (i.e. google.com, yahoo.com, msn.com, aol.com and more) related to Hudson County real estate.
  • Virtual Tours from Blue Prints: We also are a pioneer in the arena of getting promotional virtual tours created from the floor plans. (We have included a copy of a current project that we listed that is using this technology)
  • Buyer Database: We have a database of past users that registered on our website. We have the ability to search through this database based on location and pricing criteria. We can then select out those names/email addresses and send them an email about any new listings that we have.
  • Targeted email campaigns: with the information from our website database we are able to send targeted emails to buyers about any new projects that we recently have listed.
  • MLS : We post all of our listings to the MLS which immediately exposes them to over 30,000 buyers immediately.
  • Mass Faxes : Every week we fax our available listings to Hudson County offices to make them more aware of new listings, price changes and in-house listings.
  • Newspaper: Our newspaper ad is one the best and biggest in Hudson Reporter & Jersey Journal.
  • Realtor.com: Our listings posted on realtor.com which has a national exposure of 2,400,000 buyers per month.
